Coaches please check in at the desk upon arrival

Please inform your athletes of their heat / lane or flight

There are no bibs

Warm up and clerking is done downstairs

55HH and 55M clerk on the infield

Please bring your own relay batons, shots, weights, marking and measuring tapes

ONLY 1/4" pyramid spikes are allowed at Ocean Breeze

Starting Blocks are not allowed in trials

Heat sheets and flights to be posted Wednesday afternoon. They will be on the wall in the downstairs warm up area.

Runners must remember their heat and lane

Top 6 medal and top 5 Varsity score toward team competition (6-4-3-2-1)

Varsity competitors in field events will have their first legal jump / throw measured. All others must achieve the minimum distance listed.

LJ – 17’ boy; 14’ girl

TJ – 37’ boy; 28’ girl

SP – 40’ boy; 26’ girl
